Shipping Information

1. During checkout you have a choice between shipping methods. Your exact shipping is determined after you are signed in, or have entered your address. Different carriers are used because some products require special handling. ALL shipping by Air includes fees for shipping Dangerous Goods (DG). These methods are intended only for paint products. Also, shipping days shown by the carriers and may not be accurate (shorter or longer actual times may occur). NOTE: If you have a paint order of 10 oz. or less, your order can be reduced by $35; email beforehand for a reduction in your rate.

2. For non-paint related items, it is best to choose either 1st Class, Priority or Global Priority. If you have paint items along with non-paint items, then your options will be classed as a hazardous shipment. NOTE: Most Air shipping methods have an automatic DG fee (except Global Priority, 1st Class Air); IF these methods are chosen for non-paint related products, this fee will be subtracted from your total after the sale (reimbursed or subtracted before charging your card).

3. Paint and related items are considered hazardous materials (DG) and require special shipping:

3a) U.S. & Canada may select Ground without a DG fee (except for 5-plus gallons, then a $20 fee is due).

3b) Residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can save by selecting USPS Parcel Post, up to 1 gallon of liquid. Parcel Post is slow, but economical. Residents of these states will see that the Home Delivery rate has been increased: This because paints can only be shipped by Air, so choose the Priority Overnight method.

3c) International: We ship DG to countries allowed by FedEx. Some countries may restrict import of paint products. Most do not. Email if you are unsure.

4. If an incorrect shipping method has been selected (such as choosing a slower, more costly method), your order will be shipped by the better method and your card charged the lesser amount.

International Note:

For paint orders 10-oz or less, your order may be broken down into 1-oz bottles. If so, then they are exempt from DG Air charges and your total will be reduced by $85. Email first for a reduction in your rate.
