Baja Bug: Body

Now going to the front again!
At right is the rest cut away. I tried to keep as much metal on, but still I ended up short!

 

 

• Custom front

• Since I will be installing air conditioning, a bit of inventiveness will be needed. And how.
  

 

• Seems I disturbed some spider's web outside the wheel well.
• Bottom photo: Here the fiberglass cowl is placed next to the metal grill. The metal and cowl will be cut, then riveted into a single piece.
